Excellent service from Staff at Amaya Food Gallery (Breakfast), right from the greet staff, to the waiters. Special shout out to 2 amazing staff at the egg station, the malay girl (Intern) who greeted me with a bright and cheerful good morning and ask how is my stay at Amari Hotel. And also the malay gentleman who cook my sunny side up, we chatted a bit and both are indeed warm, polite, cheerful and charasmatic, I reckon you could sign up the malay girl to work with you permanently, and please send my compliments to them, for their amazing energy and happy faces, to me they are the face of Amari. (Breakfast: Dec 1st, 2024). The concierge service as outstanding as well, polite and friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is awesome. By far, the best one we ever had compared to other hotels in Jb. Love the kids corner, pool and football game. Location is convenient and we feel safe. All staffs including security are all so friendly, greet you and always smile. Near to the malls, convenient stores, food place and Bazar Karat.

The breakfast was wholesome, value for money. The reception was colourful and grand given the festive season. Loves the pool and snooker and babyfoot table. Well thought out. What is missing is a kids playroom. The spa was the most beautiful place in the hotel. They used MURAD and that was a seller. Location was great.

The property is incredibly convenient for those coming from JB Sentral. All it takes is a walk through two interconnected malls, and you’ll arrive at your destination with ease. The real highlight of our experience was the massage at Breeze SPA. A special thanks to Joyce, who worked wonders in releasing the stubborn knots in my back—a challenging task she handled effortlessly! And kudos to Wana for being so attentive and wonderful with my child, making the experience even more memorable.

Breakfast was very good. Wide variety - Nasi Lemak, fried noodles, salads, assorted pastries, breads, fresh waffles/pancakes, live egg and noodle stations. Coffee in different choices, yoghurt, milk, juices, assorted fruits. Happy hours at the executive lounge was enjoyable. Variety of food was decent and tasted good. Assorted beverages like coke, sprite, bottled water and 4 to 5 choices of alcohol. Staff were friendly. Beds comfortable. Room is clean and comes with coffee capsules.

I am happy that it is in a very good and convenient location, near Komtar and City Square and also the railway station. I did not come by rail but in the future I will to beat the traffic jam. All your front desk staff had a smile on their face and they were helpful and apologise profusely when something is not right.

Alot of parking space Breakfast is good, similar to Renaissance. Warm staff. Wifi is good. Great iron. I will make this my getaway place when the price is right.

Our first time staying at this quite-new hotel where the location is unbeatable (any location within 10 mins’ walk from CIQ is good)! Check-in and out was fast and the size for a superior room is good enough even for a family of 3 (don’t need to upgrade to deluxe). Room & toilet are clean & very spacious, only small complaint was the aircon was full-blast even though I had changed it to 29 degrees! We snuggled inside the thick blanket also can feel the coldness 😂 This applies to the rest of the hotel including the lobby. I opted for just 1 day of breakfast but was given 2 days 👍 breakfast selection is of a 5-stars’ hotel standard, spoiled for choices!

Accessible location to shopping centre and ktm. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond and put our rooms next to each other, when we only request to be on the same floor. The hotel even prepared a slice of cake for our birthday man :D Really appreciate the hotel service that have made our stay there a wonderful experience.

Friendly staff. They let us check in earlier than 3 pm. Nice layout of bathroom (although no bathtub), soft toothbrush. There are various choices for breakfast, it would be better if there were more options without seafood/ fish sauce/ dry fish (the coffee machine is sometimes out of order and giving too much lol).
